Royal Musical Association Members' Page

Ashgate is proud to be the
publisher of the Royal Musical Association Monograph
Series,
edited by Mark Everist, University of Southampton, UK.
This series was founded with the support of funds
made available to the Royal Musical Association from the estate of
Thurston Dart. Its purpose is to provide a medium for specialized
investigations of a topic, concept or repertory - studies of a kind
that would not normally be feasible for commercial publishers and
that would be too long for most periodicals.
The RMA members'
discount can now be used when purchasing any Ashgate
title!
As of September 2009 Ashgate is very pleased to be able
to make the 20% RMA members' discount available on any Ashgate
book, not just, as previously, only available on books in the
RMA Monograph Series. This isn't a temporary special
offer, it's a permanent arrangement with the RMA and the
AMS! To order books and claim your discount, simply
select the books you wish to purchase and add them to your shopping
basket. As you go through the checkout process, type
your code* into the field marked 'Promotional Code' and the
website will recalculate your order to reflect the Association's
discount. *The code that you need to enter will be given in
the RMA's monthly e-mail Bulletin.
Members of the American Musicological Society
are also entitled to the same discount. If you are an AMS
member, and do not receive the RMA Bulletin which gives
the necessary discount code, please contact the Secretary of
the RMA, Dr Jeffrey Dean to obtain the code - email: jeffrey dot dean at stingrayoffice dot
