'By playing our card games you gain more
in-sight in yourself and it also enables you to learn a lot about
others. You may use the games separately or in combination. Each
game has a central theme and consists of a box of around 150
four-colour playing cards. In each box there are rules for playing
a variety of versions of the game in education, business or for
personal development.
For two of the games, The Feedback Game and The Development
Game we also developed loose-leaf manuals to help professional
users (trainers, coaches, managers, teachers and consultants) to
get the maximum out of the games. These manuals (The Feedback
Games Manual and The Development
Games Manual) contain between 20 and 30 different methods of
play along with additional theory, questions and
exercises.'
